Terms of Service

Updated: 2 September 2026 · olimpex.pro

1. General provisions

These Terms govern the use of the OLIMP indicator, the accompanying data-loading service and the olimpex.pro website (together, the “Service”), provided under the OLIMPEX brand by an independent software developer (the “Provider”). By using the Service or purchasing a key, you accept these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Service. Provider details: the OLIMPEX brand; contact for enquiries — support@olimpex.pro.

2. Description of the Service

OLIMP is an analytical indicator for MetaTrader 5 that displays CME exchange options data: Max Pain, option walls, Put/Call Ratio, open-interest flows and margin zones. The Service is informational and analytical; it is not a trading robot, does not place trades and does not provide individual investment advice. Data is taken from the public CME Daily Bulletin and updated on trading days; delays and technical interruptions are possible.

3. License and access

A key grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product for the paid term. Free access is provided on a real account with delayed data and is tied to a device. You may not resell or transfer a key to third parties, decompile the product, or circumvent licensing and technical restrictions. Concurrent use is limited; violations may result in suspension of access.

4. Payment

Payment is made by bank card or cryptocurrency via third-party payment providers. After a successful payment, the key is issued automatically — sent to the email you provided and shown on the confirmation page. Prices are listed on the site and may change; the price in effect at the time of payment applies to your order.

5. Refunds

Refunds are described in the Refund Policy. In short: free access is available before purchase to evaluate the product, and a paid key may be refunded within 14 days provided the key has not been activated.

6. Intellectual property

All rights to the indicator, the data service, the website, the OLIMPEX brand and related materials belong to the Provider. Purchasing a key does not transfer any rights to the product itself other than the right to use it for the plan’s term.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absolute accuracy, or fitness of the data for a particular purpose. OLIMP is not investment advice; the Provider is not liable for your trading decisions or any resulting losses. See the Risk Disclaimer for details.

8. Changes and termination

The Provider may develop the Service and update these Terms; the current version is always published on this page. We aim to give advance notice of material changes. The Provider may suspend or terminate access in case of a breach of these Terms.

9. Disputes and contact

The parties will seek to resolve disagreements through negotiation via support. For any questions related to the Service, write to support@olimpex.pro or the Telegram support channel.
