Before buying a key, free access is available to evaluate the product on a real account. This reduces the need for refunds: you decide to buy after already getting to know the Service.
A paid key may be refunded within 14 days of payment, provided the key has not been activated — that is, has not been used to obtain up-to-date (non-delayed) data.
After the key has been activated and up-to-date data used; after 14 days from the payment date; and in case of a breach of the Terms (reselling a key, circumventing technical protection).
Write to support@olimpex.pro with your payment number and the order email. We will review the request and reply within a business day.
An approved refund is issued via the same method used for payment. The time to receive it depends on the payment provider, and for cryptocurrency on the network.
Refunds for renewals and non-standard situations are considered individually upon contacting support.
