Free access works only on a real account. If you’re on a demo account, the indicator will report that the free mode is unavailable.
Why: a demo account takes a minute to create, and without this limit free access couldn’t be offered fairly. The fix is to switch to a real account (even with a minimal deposit) or enter a key: with a key the product works on any account, including demo.
